This year celebrate the Coronation of the 49th Monarchs of the Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose. The ISCWR is Canada’s second oldest chapter of the International Court System and Alberta’s longest continuously running 2SLGBTQIA+ organization.
Join us as we honor the achievements of the reigning Emprex 48, Gabe Itch and Emprex 48, Tilda WorldEnds. Then witness the newly elected Monarchs take their oaths of office and have their Crowns placed on them in front of the College of Monarchs of the Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose.
What first began as one evening of celebration and fancy dress now stands as a one week festival of pageantry, entertainment and celebration as part of Edmonton’s long list of festivals throughout the year.

Coronation 49: In Town Show
Sunday August 11th, 2024 Kick off Coronation 49 with our annual In Town Show! It’s a night dedicated to celebrating the successes of the reigning Emprex 48, Gabe Itch and Emprex 48, Tilda WorldEnds. This special event marks a pivotal moment for the Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose as we honour the achievements of the past year and welcome the new candidates vying for the titles of Monarch. Gather with the entire imperial realm to cheer on these vibrant candidates, share in the community’s triumphs, and cast your decisive vote for the future of our organization.
Coronation 49: Out of Town Show
Friday August 16th, 2024 Join us for a spectacular evening at Coronation 49: The Out of Town Show, where the Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose rolls out the red carpet for our esteemed friends and family from across the International Court System. Come celebrate the incredible achievements of Emprex 48, Gabe Itch, and Emprex 48, Tilda WorldEnds, as they conclude their successful reign.
